ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
If your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.
If you still need assistance, contact us at info@getbettahealth.com and we will review the issue.
We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
